工业经济效益评价
工业经济效益评价设计反映工业经济效益的指标体系、定量测度各个指标值，并进行分析、比较、评价的工作。是中国经济理论研究与实践工作中常用的概念。 评价工业经济效益应该掌握的原则是:①宏观经济效益和微观经济效益的统一。宏观指工业行业或工业生产整体，微观指工业企业。微观经济效益好，是取得良好宏观经济效益的基础。一般情况下二者是统一的，但有时也会出现不一致。工业企业应在追求企业经济效益的同时，实现宏观经济效益:②当前经济效益和长远经济效益的统一。企业在生产经营活动中应避免短期行为，竭泽而渔。要在发展生产的同时，保证资源的合理利用，保护人类生存环境和生态环境，避免造成长远的不良后果。③直接经济效益和间接经济效益的统一。有些工业部门或工业建设项目，本身的经济效益并不大，但却能为其他工业部门或建设项目的发展创造有利条件，因而也要适当发展。为满足上述要求，需要设计一整套尽可能科学、全面评价工业经济效益的指标体系。工业会计学、工业统计学、技术经济学、数量经济学等都从不同的角度提供了工业企业生产经营的效益依据，还可以根据不同的考察目的，分别设计制定不同的考核指标。 中国考核工业经济效益的指标分三个层次:①评价工业企业经济效益的指标体系。主要有产值、销售收入、实现利润及增长率、上缴利税、可比产品成本降低率、资金利润率及实物指标。其中综合反映企业经济效益的是资金利润率②评价工业部门经济效益的指标体系。主要是根据部门生产的特点，制定相应的实物指标。③评价工业经济效益的指标体系:主要是国家公布的17项指标，如产值、质量、销售收入、利润、上缴利税等，其中9项为国家考核指标。以上评价指标，比较庞杂，而且仍未能准确反映经济效益的实际。如何改进完善，逐步同国际统计比较方法相接近，有待进一步探索。
