药理作用: 本品约50%~80%游离氨基酸可通过血脑屏障进入神经细胞,分子量在1万以下小分子肽也可透过血脑屏障并影响其呼吸链,具有抗缺氧的保护功能,能激活腺苷酸环化酶、催化激素系统,改善记忆。本品为脑蛋白经水解提取的游离氨基酸及低分子肽的混合注射液。动物实验证实本品可加快小鸡、大鼠的大脑发育和成熟,提高大脑抗缺氧能力,保护有毒物质对神经元的侵害,并增加鼠的识别能力。临床观察可见本品有催醒作用和恢复记忆力功能。
药代动力: 其代谢与排泄的半衰期由几秒钟至数小时。
适应症: 用于器质性脑性精神综合征,记忆障碍,神衰,轻度婴儿大脑发育不全,脑震荡或脑挫伤后遗症,中风,颅脑手术,脑膜炎及严重脑感染和休克症状等。其疗效有待进一步总结。用于老年性及血管性痴呆、脑损伤后遗症、神经衰弱和婴儿轻度智力迟钝,
用法用量: 剂量及时间依年龄、体重及病情而定。皮下注射可用到2ml,肌注5ml。静脉滴注:10-30ml溶于生理盐水250ml,以60~120分钟缓慢滴注。每疗程注射10-20次。开始每日注射,随后每周2-3次;或每日静滴,连续8~10日。根据病情考虑疗程及给药次数。
不良反应: 注射不宜过快,否则有轻度热感,极少数病人有轻度发烧或寒颤,严重肾功能障碍、癫痫患者禁用。
注意事项: 注射过快可出现中度灼热感。偶见过敏反应如发热或寒战。肾功能障碍及妊娠早期患者忌用。
规格:注射剂,1ml,2ml,5ml,10ml。
