A Study of the Chinese Petroleum Resource Security;

In this paper, we define sustainable developing oil and gas resource security system, and set up its evaluation model and evaluation index system.

The issue of resource safety is derived by the characteristics of scarcity, finiteness and versatility, and plays an important role on improving people′s standard of living and fast growth of one country.

It analyses the influence,which brings to the water resource safety because of industrial division of labor,excessively ultra picking,the foreign capitals entering and water resources consumption and so on.

Water pollution, extracting too much underground water, low efficiency of water utilization and economic increasing mode, unhealthy water resources management system all infect water resource safety of Shandong province.

On the construction of legal system of resource security in China;

Conceptual framework and research focus of resource security;

Then,we present reasonable suggestions and countermeasures for mineral resource problems,which will play active role for mineral resource security in China.
