Light green roof was compared with ordinary roofing based on a measurement method, and from the viewpoint of temperature wave delay and attenuation, the thermal insulation characteristic of the light green roof was studied.

Combined the regional characteristics of the mid and lower reaches of the Yangtze river,the paper roundly analyzes the common problems in constructing light roof greening and puts forward some countermeasures combined with the actual construction.
