In this paper,certainty and uncertainty factors of accident-causing of bridge crane are surveyed,a new uncertainty analysis of risk evaluation is developed,and by means of Fuzzzy set theory and nonlineaar programming algorithm,possibility value of bridge crane accident is investigated.
综合考虑了桥式起重机伤害事故的确定位和不确定性致灾因素,提出了危险评价的不确定性分析的新方法;利用模糊集理论和非线性规划算法来研究起重机伤害事故发生的可能性;计算结果表明,桥式起重机伤害事故发生的可能性服从某一分布,而不应为某一点的估计值。

【危险】人类在生产活动、科学实验和日常生活中，常常会遭遇到各种自然灾害和意外事故，以致造成财产损失和人身伤亡。所谓危险，就是指遭遇这些不幸事件的可能性。 关于危险的概念，西方经济学者曾有过各种表述，主要有: 危险谓可测定之不确定性; 危险谓某种不幸事件发生与否之不确定性; 危险谓某种损失发生之不确定性; 危险谓在一定情况下关于未来结果的客观疑虑; 危险谓人们对客观存在的有遭受损害的可能性的疑惑。 上述释义虽有不同，但大同小异，都围绕着“不确定性”给危险下定义。因为，危险之不确定性与危险之可能性同义，正是不确定性产生了对危险后果的疑虑，所以，不确定性是危险的最本质特征，说明危险是一种随机现象。
