  人体某部正常菌群的组成或各菌之间量的比例发生变化,称为菌群失调。菌群失调的原因很多,凡是破坏正常菌群与机体平衡状态的因素都可能使原有常居菌减少,而另一些常态下不占主要位置的细菌出现,并且增多,甚至引起疾病,临床上称其为菌群失调症或形成二重感染。滥用抗生素是其主要原因。
