In this paper, in order to promote the national culture, inherit and carry forward national vocal arts in our country as a starting, through historic system elaboration on the artistic characteristic of national singing of female vocal singing in our country, to scientific study of culture and the arts on it.

In vocal music performance,the singer has the aesthetic experience in the voice,lyrics,melody and emotion which integrates with the natural and creative performances.

This process is an outstanding display of aesthetic sense which is emphasized in vocal music performance.

The whole process of singing cannot depart from the influence of psychological actions,which accompanies the vocal music performance.

It is commonly considered by many vocal music educators and learners that wind instrument performance and singing are contradicted with each other in the learning methods.

In both of the vocal singing and studying,that only the right way of understanding the whole process of locic thinking from the sense perception to the cognition,and with this proper comprehension to instruct the vocal art activities,the singers could to move the audience with the breath,sounding,and timbre to performance the work\'s artistic conception.
