Due to the differences in collocational patterning and collocational restrictions between English and Chinese,all these elements have to be taken into consideration in translation practice in order to produce a highly acceptable translated text.

Methods:Patients with unilateral HC-BPPV were randomly divided into 2 groups: repositioning group and control group,patients in repositioning group were received Barbecue rotation and postural re- striction therapy,patients in control group were only received postural restriction therapy.
