According to the basic theory of cooperative learning and the characteristics of volleyball course,the author designed the basic procedures and methods of cooperative learning in volleyball course.

The paper conducts an analytical study of the technique score distribution and the score interval of volleyball general elective course s technique examination for PE majors of Grade 2001,Grade 2002 and Grade 2003 in College of Physical Education and Sports Science,Fujian Normal University.

A study on the optimation of the essential football course teaching for the PE major;

Put the method into the practice of the teaching of common basketball course to systematically train the skills of a teacher,can,on one hand,develop the study initiative of students and on the other hand,help to promote the exploration for the reform of the present system of courses in other subjects.

Given the limited class hours of general basketball course,relatively poor foundation of newly enrolled students and the large amount of teaching content,tries to use special active games as major teaching content and patterns of practice.
