buying motivation conflict

  购买动机冲突(buying motivation conflict)当个体同时产生两个以上互相抵触的购买欲望时,所引起的内心矛盾的体验。又称购买行为冲突。这种冲突的方式主要有三种:(1)正正冲突。即消费者的两种想法均为正的,为两种正力量之间的冲突,必须在两种欲求中选择一次。由于两者均属需要,选择任何一种均无痛苦可言。(2)负负冲突。即两种想法均为负的,是两种负力量的冲突,只能在两种负力量中权衡决定。(3)正负冲突。即两种想法为一正一负,是正与负的力量冲突,如购买一高档耐用消费品,必须节省其他开支或动用其他款项,因而引起心理的紧张状态。 阵汉章撰马谋超市)
