中国研究朝鲜历史的群众性学术团体。1979年成立，会址设在延边大学。会员 119人(1986)。领导机构为全体会员选举产生的理事会,现任第3届理事会产生于1986年，会长为延边大学校长朴文一教授。另有副会长、秘书长及理事若干人。研究会的宗旨是：在马克思主义指导下研究朝鲜历史；团结和组织全国朝鲜史研究人员和教学工作者开展学术交流，不断提高研究水平。
研究会成立9年来，先后举行了5次全国性学术讨论会，分别就朝鲜奴隶社会和封建社会的分期、封建土地所有制的特点、高句丽的社会性质、资产阶级的形成及其作用，朝鲜人民抗日战争等问题进行了讨论。研究会刊物为《朝鲜历史研究论丛》，并翻译了《朝鲜全史》（1～5卷）。
研究会成立9年来，先后举行了5次全国性学术讨论会，分别就朝鲜奴隶社会和封建社会的分期、封建土地所有制的特点、高句丽的社会性质、资产阶级的形成及其作用，朝鲜人民抗日战争等问题进行了讨论。研究会刊物为《朝鲜历史研究论丛》，并翻译了《朝鲜全史》（1～5卷）。
