Objective:This investigation will employ the established partial patellectomy model in rabbits to study the effect of Low Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound Stimulation(LIPUS) and Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) on accelerating the Patella-Patellar tendon junction(PPJ) repair.
