| 元宵节 中国汉族传统节日。又叫上元节 、元夕节、灯节。时在夏历正月十五日。是日古称上元夜谓之宵，故称元宵或元夜。此俗成于东汉，至唐演变为元宵节。上元原为道教上元天官诞辰，举行庆典并出现观灯习俗。唐玄宗时规定观灯为三夜，北宋延至五夜，明规定正月初八张灯，正月十五落灯。唐元宵夜出现杂耍技艺，宋时有猜灯谜，明代又增加了戏曲表演，元宵节逐渐演变成内容丰富的节日习俗。观灯习俗一直延续至今。元宵节在饮食上的特征是吃元宵，又称汤团，含有团团圆圆之意。在许多地区，春节活动一般延续到元宵节为止。 |
