| 青花瓷 用钴料在坯胎上装饰 ，施透明釉 ，在高温（1280～1350℃）中一次烧成，呈青色花纹的釉下彩瓷器。又称釉下青花瓷、釉里青、青花白瓷、青花白地。中国景德镇传统名瓷之一。青花瓷源于唐代河南巩县(今巩义)的青色花纹瓷器，元代发展成熟，以景德镇浮梁瓷局产品著称。青花瓷的问世一改中国陶瓷器装饰旧风，用笔绘技法替代了原来的刻花、划花、印花技法。青花瓷的出现成为中国陶瓷史上划时代的事件，并作为中国最具民族特色的瓷器而闻名于世。明代青花瓷传入欧洲，荷兰、英、德等国争相仿制。清代康熙年间青花瓷色调青蓝而不泛紫，分色层次多达7～9色，后人谓之“康熙青花五彩”。清末青花瓷渐趋衰落。20世纪50年代以后，青花瓷得以恢复和发展。青花瓷品种除釉下青花外，还有在白釉瓷胎上装饰、烤烧后，青料花纹渗入釉中的釉中青花、和以无光釉作底色，以蓝彩釉装饰的釉彩青花。彩饰手法有青花斗彩、点彩、填彩、镂胎、白描青花 、青地白花、青花夹紫等多种。
