【合作金触法舰管理l合作金融管理的一种。依撅国家颁发的有关法律、规章对合作金融机构进行的监督和管理。在中国，合作法尚未颁布，目前，合作金融机构作为吸收公众存款、发放贷款、办理结算等业务的企业法人应当自觉遵守《中华人民共和国商业银行法》的有关规定。按《中华人民共和国商业银行法》的有关规定设立和组织机构，实施对存款人的保护，发放贷款。财务管理、稽核监督也要达到商业银行的要求，建立、健全合作金融的财务会计制度、业务管理制度、现金管理制度和安全防范斜度等，使合作金融机构真正做到依法管理，依法经营。
