By using 16PF test to 29 excellent gymnasts in Sichuan province(9 master sportsmen,first class 20 people among them) and carries on variance analysis to the test results,this paper compares the gymnasts difference existing among different sex,different sport grade in individual characteristic.

1952年由南京大学、华东师范大学、南京金陵女子文理学院的 3个体育系合并而成，地址在上海市。上海体院面向全国招生，重点在华东地区。学院设有 4年制本科、3年制研究生班、2年制专修科和短期进修班等。 4 年制本科分体育系和运动系，前者以培养一般体育师资为主，后者以培养教练员和专项教师为主。学院占地面积 457亩，主要设施有田径房1座、体操房2座、球类房3座、武术举重房 1座，室外有田径场 2个、足球场3个、篮球场 4个、排球场4个、手球场2个。另有教学楼、解剖楼及其他生物学科专用实验室。1981年有学生 979人，其中包括研究生40人。现有教师 300人，其中包括教授、副教授32人，讲师 138人。上海体院创办以来共毕业学生2980人，其中包括研究生63人。
