The present research is to retrospectively analyze the clinical materials of 10 patients with advanced hilar cholangiocarinoma who were treated between March 2005 and April 2008 and to evaluate the effect ofporto-ente-rostomy for patients with advanced hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
