| 挂线法 中医外治法之一。应用药制丝线、纸裹药线、医用药线、橡皮筋线等材料，采取挂线法以剖开瘘管或窦道的一种治疗方法。这种治疗方法是利用挂线的紧箍力，阻滞气血、经络，使局部组织坏死，从而达到慢切开的治疗目的。挂线的要领是从瘘管外口穿入，由内口穿出，然后药线两头以双重结结扎固定。本疗法适用于单纯性肛瘘、复杂性肛瘘、乳房部瘘管(窦道)，对于高位复杂性肛瘘尤具显效。本疗法具有操作简便，疗效确切，治疗过程中几乎不出血，术后创口愈合快，不影响其生理功能等特点，为临床广泛应用。 |
