METHODS ( 1)Sample:①Collect 68 cases of fresh breast cancer tissue,②33 axillary nodes from the same side of breast cancer,③30 blood sample from volunteers and breast cancer patients before and after chemotherapy.
方法(1)实验标本:①北京大学深圳医院乳腺外科新鲜的乳腺癌组织标本68例,②患乳同侧的腋窝淋巴结33枚,③采集30位健康志愿者和30例初治乳腺癌患者化疗前后的外周静脉血液各10ml。

利用北京同步辐射装置XAFS站对正常的、良性的和癌变的乳腺组织中的Ca、Fe和Zn的X射线近边结构(XANES)进行了分析和研究,结果显示:不同类型的乳腺组织中,只有Fe出现了边前结构,而Ca和Zn没有出现边前结构;在边后,肿瘤组织中Ca和Zn的变化规律基本相似,与正常组织的不同,但是正常组织和癌变组织中Fe的边后规律是相似的,而良性组织中的规律存在特异性。

指乳房内的腺叶。乳房内有15～20个以乳头为中心呈辐射状排列的腺叶。每个腺叶内含有腺泡及导管(输乳管)，叶间由结缔组织间隔，导管开口于乳头。乳腺小叶间质中有纤维束，将胸腺管与胸肌筋膜及真皮紧密相连。
