In order to investigate the genetic background and hereditary quality of laboratory animalization of GZWX (Guizhou White Xiang Pig),30 individuals\'mtDNA (mitochondrial DNA, mtDNA) D-loop region and the coding region sequences of SRY gene of 10 individuals from GZWX lineageⅠand lineageⅡwere sequenced by PCR sequencing technology.
为了研究实验用动物贵州白香猪的遗传结构和遗传背景,本研究采用PCR测序技术对贵州白香猪Ⅰ系和Ⅱ系30个个体线粒体DNA D-loop区全序列和10个雄性个体Y染色体上的SRY基因编码区序列进行了序列测定,并结合GenBank上已发表的同源序列,进行了群体遗传结构及分子系统发育分析,得到如下结果：1。

剑花干品30克(若是鲜剑花则取250克)，鲜猪肺300克。
先将猪肺用清水灌洗干净后，切粗件；剑花用水稍浸洗净。
然后将二者放进瓦煲内，加进适量清水，先用武火后用文火煲煮一小时，调味即可。
