Lymphatic endothelial progenitor cells(LEPCs) are mainly localized to the bone marrow,but can be released from bone marrow into diseased tissues in case of inflammation,ischemia or tumour,etc,and differentiated into lymphatic endothelial cells(LEC) to participate in the lymphangiogenesis in tumour tissues.
目的研究携带BABL/c小鼠VEGFR-3(1-3Ig)基因的重组腺病毒转染淋巴管内皮祖细胞(LEPCs)后,对可溶性VEGFR-3蛋白分泌及其生物学特性的作用。

又称"淋巴液"。淋巴管中的清亮液体。由组织液进入毛细淋巴管后所形成。在淋巴管中流动，经胸导管、右淋巴导管最后抵达静脉循环。除蛋白质较少外，淋巴的成分和血浆很相近。小肠壁内的淋巴含有从食物中吸收来的中性脂肪，呈乳白色，称*乳糜。淋巴回流受阻，是水肿产生的原因之一。
