Methods:To apply Cytokinesis-blocked micronucleus test analysis 54 preliminary diagnosis leukemia patient\'s bone marrow and peripheral blood compare the MNR、MCR、Buds、NPBs、NDI、AC with 30 healthy people\'s peripheral blood\'s results.
方法:应用细胞周期阻断法,分析54例初诊白血病患者的骨髓及外周血与30例健康人外周血的微核率、微核细胞率、核芽出现率、核质桥出现率、核分裂指数及细胞凋亡情况,(1)比较初诊白血病患者自身骨髓与外周血微核率及微核细胞率结果,分析其异同;(2)结合染色体中期分析、融合基因检测结果作为染色体损伤指标,与健康人相应指标进行比较,分析初诊白血病患者的遗传损伤;(3)选取临床资料完整的31例初诊患者,结合其性别、年龄、初诊时白细胞数、血红蛋白数、血小板数目、初诊骨髓中幼稚细胞比例、染色体中期分析结果、融合基因检测结果等,分析与微核试验结果的相关性。
