Improving and perfecting the benefits expression mechanism for members of the United Font has become a major issue for the United Front in the new century to motivate its members to work in full operation with the Chinese Communist Party and to commit themselves to the construction of an overall well-to-do society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

With some new problems such like principal part\'s incapable,the object\'s passive attitude, the expression content is various and so on,occur,the actual interest expression mechanism is incompetent to adjust this condition.

Through building up an effective interest expression mechanism,vulnerable groups can be entitled to the equal expression of interest,and express their interests independently,rationally and lawfully,and further realize the valance of interests via the balance of rights,which is an effective system arrangement for promoting vulnerable groups to resolve their difficulties.

Single-dimension of traditional interest expression mechanism in China is unsuitable for today′s high-speed economic development,so citizens′ interest expectation could not be fully released.

Realizing standardization and institution of expression of interest is the key point to enrich the political basis of the harmonious society.
