Based on construction design project of the Taijiang Bridge which is a transverse arched steel pylon cable-stayed bridge in Sanming County, Fujian, the author computes and analyses the static behavior, dynamic character and stability of the structural system by building up and computing the integrated finite element model with MIDAS/CIVIL 2006, a finite element software.

2 Bridge Project in Xian City,the article introduces the arch steel pylon rotating construction scheme able to provide the reference for the similar projects.

This paper combines the special structure form of rigid arch tower of Taijiang Sanming bridge in Fujian,construction technology which rigid arch tower of main bridge was transported by pontoon and installed by elevated gantry crane.
