性质:又称超纯水。对除盐水作进一步处理,以去除其中气体、胶体、有机物和细菌等各种杂质,使之满足某些工业用水的特殊要求。一般高纯水的含盐量在0.1mg/kg以下,电导率低于0.1μΩ/cm。高纯水主要用于电子工业、核工业、制药工业、超高压锅炉以及高绝缘材料等生产部门。不同的部门对高纯水的质量要求亦异,加工方法也不尽相同。对于电子元件制造用的高纯水,则是经由凝聚、澄清、过滤、氯化、活性炭处理、离子交换、反渗透、紫外线消毒和滤膜安全过滤等工序处理后制得。
