1 工艺简介 

     鞍山钢铁集团公司为调整产品结构,进一步提高产品质量,决定对第二炼钢厂现有生产线进行技术更新,工艺更新和设备更新,提高经济效益,满足市场的需要。将在"十五"期间新建一台中薄板坯连铸机。 


     2 概述 

     由于鞍钢连铸生产的现有的情况,在自动化系统的配置中即要保证系统的先进,可靠,合理性,又要避免过剩功能,降低投资成本。系统具体配置,见系统配置图。 

     鞍钢第2炼钢厂中薄板坯连铸机生产线的控制系统采用了先进的西门子控制设备。整个自动化控制系统分为两极。第一级称为基础自动化,基础自动化又分为电控和仪控。主要由Siemens可编程控制器Simatic S7,操作员工作站WIN CC,和变频器MASTERDRIVES组成。24台矢量 变频器都以PROFIBUS-DP协议方式与PLCSimatic S7 相连, 由PLC的 跟踪系统设定拉矫 机的速度。第二级称为过程控制,由过程计算机Vax来实现。 

     为解决重工业厂区的电磁干扰和满足高速大容量的数据交换,从方案设计就考虑了采用光纤通讯网络介质,工业以太网,TCP/IP传输协议。各站都通过各自的光学链路模块OLM上网通讯。 

     一级系统的通讯网络采用Siemens工业以太网,TCP/IP开放协议,光缆介质,通信速率 10Mb/s,环形拓扑结构。这种环型结构好处是,一旦发生断裂,仍可保持通信。此外,它完全与电位无关地运行,其优点是,不必花费昂贵的等电位连接费用,且大大增强了网络的可靠性。 

     另外,以太网络还要与其他机电一体品设备的PLC进行联网通讯。它们是:火焰切割机A-B PLC,LF炉外精练系统S7-300,结晶器钢水液面控制系统SIMENS S7-300, 结晶器拉漏预报 系统SIMENS S7-400,结晶器振动控制设备SIMENS C7 623,以及去毛刺机控制设备 SIMENS S7-300。与二级计算机系统Vax也实现了联网通讯,因为这是一个开放的网络系统。
