性质:根据被萃取组分与样品基质及其他成分在固定相填料上作用力强弱的不同,使之彼此分离的技术。首先用适当的溶剂将固相萃取吸附剂润湿,然后加入一定体积的被处理样品溶液,使其完全通过吸附剂,让溶液中被测组分保留在吸附剂上,而大量的溶剂和其他不易保留在固相萃取吸附剂上的组分完全流出,再加入适当的洗涤剂从固相萃取吸附剂上除去其他不需要的组分,最后用洗脱液把保留在固相萃取吸附剂上需要测定的组分洗脱下来,直接供测定使用。具有快速、高效、重复性好、选择性好等优点。固相萃取装置主要有柱型和盘状薄膜型,通常是一次性使用,此技术在环境样品前处理的应用主要是对水样的处理,也可用于大气样品的前处理。此法与色谱分析的在线联用越来越广泛,如柱型固相萃取-高效液相色谱的在线联用、固相萃取-气相色谱的在线检测联用等。
