筛选
又称筛查，指应用快速的实验、检查或其他方法，对未被识别的疾病或缺陷作出推断性鉴定。筛选试验是从可能无患某病者中查出外表健康而可能患某病者。筛检的对象可以是整个规定人群，称为整群筛选亦可以筛选群体中一个亚群或某些特征的人群称为选择性筛选。筛选不但应用于早期发现病人、早期治疗，还应用于发现处于高危险因素的人群，以便能及早采取消除这些危险因素，达到早期预防的目的。
