Aim at new word family of "X+men" and "X+women" appeared in the internet of recent years, this article adopts a method of description and explanation, we make initial analysis from the origin, the characteristics of meaning, the causes of popularization of four groups of new words about men and women, and reveals the social and cultural psychology reflected by them.
