主 料： 露笋6两（240克），急冻吊筒1/2斤（320克），胡萝卜数片，干葱蓉1粒量，蒜蓉2汤匙。
配 料： 腌料：盐1/3茶匙，麻油及胡椒粉各少许，酒2茶匙。芡汁：水5汤匙，蚝油1/2汤匙，生抽1茶匙，糖1/2茶匙，麻油及胡椒粉各少许，生粉1平茶匙。
做 法： 1、吊筒冲净隔干，拌入腌料待片刻；用2汤匙油，少许蒜蓉，快手炒匀，取出。2、露笋修切好与胡萝卜放滚水内，加油1汤匙、盐及糖各1茶匙，焯水后沥干备用。3、烧热1汤匙油，爆香蒜蓉及干葱蓉，加露笋、胡萝卜及吊筒齐炒。4、埋芡后即可上碟。
