Based on the analysis of current situation of the structure,methodology and application of agricultural CDM,this paper points out the major obstacles existed in the development of agricultural CDM and raises the corresponding countermeasures.

The offshore support design of CDM pile was adopted in the course of construction,and the selection of machinery for making CDM pile mass,the mix proportion design of CDM pile,the pile joggle layout of final CDM soil mass and the main technical specifications and construction technique for making underwater CDM piles .

The monitoring result and real operation of two examples of soft foundation consolidation engineering of wharf shore-connecting structures by applying CDM method have proved that CDM method can solve effectively two thorny problems existed in previous soft foundation consolidation treatment of shore-connecting structures of high-piled wharf and opened a new way for foundation consolidation
