本文是作者于2007年8月至2008年11月期间,用活体观察和染色制片方法对甘肃太统-崆峒山国家级自然保护区土壤纤毛虫的群落特征研究工作的总结。

甘肃白水江自然保护区
位于甘肃省文县、武都两县境内，面积213750公顷，1978年经国务院批准建立，主要保护对象为大熊猫等珍稀动物及森林生态系统。
本区地处岷山山系的边缘，最高峰海拔3530米，区内山重水复、地势险峻、风景秀丽、加之地处北亚热带和暖温带过渡地带，植物资源丰富多样，植被垂直分带明显，高等植物约有3000种，其中国家保护植物有20多种。动物区系属古北界和东洋界的过渡地带，陆栖脊椎动物有265种，其中国家保护动物有大熊猫、羚牛、金丝猴等20多种，具有重要的保护价值。
