This paper analyzes the hidden dangers in high voltage power supply of the ELA-120/6 electron beam(EB)welding machine, and proposes two countermeasures:one is to redesign the fuel tank control circuit,but use operation regulations to solve the problems;another is install parallel connecting discharge resistor on high voltage capacitor.

A hidden danger in the high voltage power supply of the ELA-120/6 electron beam welding machine is found, countermeasures to remove the danger are discussed and an ameliorated sample is made.

Combined with general decoration situations of present buildings from wall reconstruction, floor pavement and other aspects the hidden dangers existed in decoration are analyzed; at the same time corresponding suggestions are proposed to reduce them.
