性质:将通常测定的反应速度与消除内扩散后所测定的速度之比,定义为催化剂表面有效利用率。用以表征催化反应受颗粒内扩散控制的程度。工业上有许多反应是在内扩散区进行的,其催化剂的表面利用率差别很大。如苯酚在Ni催化剂上加氢时表面有效利用率为72%。使用5mm合成氨催化剂颗粒时,表面有效利用率为72%,而用2mm颗粒时,接近100%,即反应在动力学区进行。
