性质:硅和钼、钨、钽等难熔硅化物为主要成分的陶瓷。按结构特征可分为两类:一类是具有金属结构的相,硅原子置换金属原子时晶格类型不变。另一类是复杂结构的硅化物。一般硅与金属形成的化合物熔点低、硬度低,在高温下易发生蠕变。只有钼、钨、钽的硅化物熔点超过2000℃,并具有优良的高温抗氧化性能。可采用钼、钨、钽金属与硅直接化合法、上述金属氧化物的碳还原法、铝热还原法和气相沉积法等制取钼、钨、钽的硅化物粉末。然后按特种陶瓷工艺在氮气等保护气氛下烧结成陶瓷制品。主要用作高温电热元件、热交换器和某些高温零部件。
