一种检查速发型超敏反应的体外试验。常用家兔的嗜碱性粒细胞或大鼠腹腔肥大细胞,加待试者血清作用一定时间,使血清中的IgE与细胞结合。再以变应原攻击。镜检100个细胞,计数脱颗粒细胞的百分数。为了避免非特异性反应,应包括待试者血清对照,新生儿血清对照、变应原对照及抗IgE对照等。
