The traditional on-line calibration methods of high voltage measuring devices is analyzed and it is proposed to apply the high voltage energy meter as the"integrated standard"of comparison in the on-line calibration of metering devices.

Though expounding the different measuring methods for the heat treating furnace,this paper analyzes on the reasons why the component detection can't satisfy the technical requirement,points out the problems existing in adopting the component detection method for the heat treating furnace,and expounds the advantages of the integral calibration on the heat treating furnace.
