| 绿色食品 中国对无污染的安全、优质、营养类食品的总称。类似的食品在其他国家被称为有机食品，生态食品，自然食品。1990年5月，中国农业部正式规定了绿色食品的名称、标准及标志。标准规定：①产品或产品原料的产地必须符合绿色食品的生态环境标准。②农作物种植、畜禽饲养、水产养殖及食品加工必须符合绿色食品的生产操作规程。③产品必须符合绿色食品的质量和卫生标准。④产品的标签必须符合中国农业部制定的《绿色食品标志设计标准手册》中的有关规定。绿色食品的标志为绿色圆形图案，上方为太阳，下方为叶片与蓓蕾，圆形象征保护。经检测，中国已有200多家企业生产的400多种食品达到绿色食品标准（截至1993年底)，获得绿色食品标志使用权而成为绿色食品。
开发绿色食品是人们环保意识、健康意识和生活水平不断提高的需要，是农业和食品工业的发展方向，也是发展高产优质农业的重要措施之一。 |
