Within the analytical framework of institutional change,the present paper identified the changing logic and pattern of China\'s academic title system(ATS) during the 60 years after PRC\'s founding.
运用制度变迁理论剖析建国60周年以来高校教师职称制度发展历程,发现其呈现明显的发展逻辑和变化趋势:制度内涵从"身份评审"转向"契约聘任";制度功能从以学术鉴定分级、资源配置为主转向以绩效管理、激励约束为主;制度变迁方式从"政策调整型"转向"法制规范型";制度运行从行政导向的集权控制转向学术导向的分权管理;制度变迁模式从"强制性制度变迁"转向"诱致性制度变迁"。
