原理
电机通过传动系统带动转鼓绕其主轴心回转形成离心力场,料液从顶部与主轴同轴线的加料管进入转鼓落在主轴上部的布料盘上。在离心力场的作用下，料液被抛向转鼓壁。液相继滤网，转鼓孔进入机壳空间，落在机身底盘上从出液口排出，固相物料留在滤网内侧、料层厚度由专门的限位器控制，洗涤液通过洗涤管加入，脱液完毕，转鼓降速用刮刀将固相物料刮落下来从转鼓上出料口卸出。
特点：卸料方便，节省体力可实现机械化控制和隔离控制。
