Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shugengningxintang on the treatment of the climacteric syndrome.
目的:探讨舒更宁心汤治疗围绝经期综合征的疗效。

目的 观察从肾肝心论治围绝经期综合征的临床疗效,并从性激素、血管舒缩因子、神经递质、免疫等方面研究该治疗方法对血管舒缩功能、神经内分泌免疫网络的改善情况,以探讨从肾肝心论治围绝经期综合征的作用机制。

| 围药法 将药物研末调制，借助于箍围药的截毒、束毒、拔毒作用而起到清热消肿、散瘀定痛、温经化痰等治疗效应的一种敷贴方法。即箍围疗法。可根据不同病情，选择药物，研为 细末，再酌取醋、酒、药汁或油类等调敷于患处四周，以箍束疮毒，消散痈肿。一般说来，痈疡疮肿表现为红、肿、热、痛之急性过程者，应选取金黄散、玉露散等药性寒凉者以清热解毒、消肿散瘀；如漫肿不高，不红不热，或迁延不愈、99-9-2反复发作者，可选用回阳玉龙膏等温性药物以温经散寒，祛瘀化痰。介于两者之间的病证，可选冲和膏等平和之药。本疗法对痈疽、疮疖、丹毒、瘰疠瘿瘤、毒虫咬伤等均有较好的疗效。在起病之初，用此法大多可立见功效；病情较重者，可配合汤剂内外同治。运用本法前，应根据患者的病情选用合适的箍围药和赋形剂，并保持药物的干湿度，药物干后应随时更换。 |
