主料：鸡腿菇、草菇、香菇
辅料：黄豆芽、生菜、泡椒
调料：盐、味精、酱油、醋、干辣椒、花椒、火锅底料
烹制方法：
1、锅中倒少许油，放入火锅底料炒化后加入泡椒、醋、酱油，冲入适量水，烧开后放入豆芽、鸡腿菇、草菇、香菇，煮5分钟；
2、用生菜铺在碗中垫底，将煮好的蘑菇倒入碗中，热油加入花椒、干辣椒，炸香后浇在菜上即可。
特点：麻辣鲜香，口感爽滑。
