Subjective: Based on the former study on competition status of Beijing health service market, we try to exam the medical arms race situation in Beijing city.
目的:在对前期北京市医疗服务市场竞争强度变化趋势测算的基础上,验证北京市是否存在着"医疗装备竞赛"现象;方法:描述1990～2005年间北京市以及部分发达国家医疗装备情况,对代表市场竞争强度指标HHI与代表市场投入的指标,包括卫生技术人员数、实际开放床位数、CT配置数量和MRI配置数量等,进行相关性分析,寻找两方面数值之间的统计学关联,为验证"医疗装备竞赛"现象提供定量依据;结果:北京市大型医用设备的配置已经达到或超过了部分发达国家的配置水平,北京市1990～2005年间医疗服务市场的竞争正强度与医疗机构硬件建设投入方面呈现正相关关系;结论:北京市医疗服务市场中存在着"医疗装备竞赛"现象。
