卵泡刺激素释放激素


  下丘脑分泌的一种十肽类神经激素,卵泡刺激素释放激素(FSHRH)和黄体生成激素释放激素(LHRH),两者可通过下丘脑与脑垂体之间的门静脉系统进入脑垂体前叶,脑垂体在其作用下,释放卵泡刺激素(FSH)与黄体生成激素(LH)。两者直接调控卵巢的周期性变化。促性腺激素释放激素与促性腺激素之间又存在着正负反馈的调节,大量雌激素能控制下丘脑分泌FSHRH(负反馈)。
