According to the features of infrared small and weak targets in the sky, after discussing the detecting and acquiring method to them, a new method called background forecast and its application foreground in this field was put forward in the paper.
文中针对空中红外弱小目标的特性，对其检测、识别方法进行讨论，提出一种背景预测的思想方法，并讨论其在空中红外目标的检测、识别等问题中的应用前景。
