现金流量表——
现金流量表是反映公司在一定会计期间内有关现金及现金等价物的流入和流出的会计报表。现金流量表应当按照经营活动产生的现金流量、投资活动产生的现金流量和筹资活动产生的现金流量分别反映。现金流量表的编制方法有直接法和间接法两种。根据我国《企业会计准则—现金流量表》的规定，公司应当采用直接法报告公司经营活动的现金流量，同时要求在现金流量表附注中披露将净利润调节为经营活动现金流量的信息，也就是用间接法来计算经营活动的现金流量。
