【出处】《中医良药良方》
【组成】花蛇舌白草4O克，细木通1O克，碾成粗末。
【功用】清热利水。
【主治】①热结膀胱，小便赤热涩痛，辨证属热淋者，如膀胱炎。②膀胱肿瘤，经放射或化疗后，小便涩痛者。
【制法】按照上方比例加大剂量，研成粗末。用纱布包置于保温瓶中，以沸水适量冲泡，盖闷15分钟后饮用，1日数次服完。每日1剂。
【宜忌】阴血不足，口干舌燥者忌服，慎用。
【按语】此方为治热结膀胱、小便赤涩的有效方剂。蛇舌草性味甘苦而寒，功用清热解毒、凉血活血。《闽南民间本草》说它有清热解毒、消炎止痛之功效。药理试验表明，它有抗肿瘤、抗菌、消炎作用，其抗炎作用，是刺激网状内皮系统增生和增强吞噬细胞活力等因素所致。木通性味甘寒，功能清热利水，两药相伍，共奏清热通淋之功效。名中医朱良春以蛇舌草为主药，配生地榆、白槿花、生槐角治疗急、慢性泌尿道感染，疗效满意，录之供参考。
