辣椒对水需求比较敏感,前人对辣椒灌水控制上限以及耗水规律研究的较少,因此本文于2007年在国家节水灌溉杨凌工程技术研究中心节水试验区内进行,采用盆栽法,利用防雨棚进行控水灌溉试验,以K型牛角辣椒为研究对象,设定4个不同的灌水控制上限(80%θ田、70%θ田、60%θ田、50%θ田,θ田为田间持水量)和4个灌水间隔(3天、5天、7天、9天),每六天测定植株的株高、茎粗、光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素以及产量、耗水量等,通过对试验数据分析,取得如下结论: (1)当灌水控制上限一定时,适当缩短灌水间隔,辣椒的单株总灌水量也随之增加、单株产量增加。

性质:一种保护细菌细胞不受外源DNA侵入的作用,通过限制性内切酶实现。该酶对双链DNA进行定点剪切。通常合成限制性内切酶的细胞由于还能合成识别同样位点的修饰酶而使细胞本身的DNA结构进行修饰,如甲基化而受到保护。当细菌受到噬菌体感染,而噬菌体DNA事先未经修饰,则这未经修饰的外来噬菌体DNA被切成小片段,再进一步为外切核酸酶所降解。未经修饰的噬菌体DNA引起感染的可能性比修饰过的噬菌体DNA要小几个数量级。
