Methods Radix Angelicae Pubescentis,Rhizoma Et Radix Notopterygii,Rhizoma Corydalis,Caulis Sinomenii and Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae in Bikang capsule were identified by TLC at two thin-layer chromatographic plates,Cortex moutan,Radix Lithospermi,Indigo Naturalis,baicalin and Calculus Bovis Syntheticum in Dureqing capsule was identified at other two thin-layer chromatographic plates.
方法采用TLC,在2块薄层板上鉴别了痹康胶囊中的独活、羌活,延胡索、青风藤和防己;在另2块薄层板上鉴别了毒热清胶囊中的牡丹皮、紫草、青黛,黄芩苷和人工牛黄。

清热明目芥菜薯仔肉排
主料：大芥菜约400克，薯仔1个，肉排约200克，蒜蓉适量，水（或上汤）1杯。
调味料：糖1/2茶匙，生抽1茶匙。
做法：
1、大芥菜洗净，切件，氽水捞起；肉排洗净，斩件，氽水。
2、薯仔去皮，用盐水略浸片刻，沥干水后切件，用热油炸大约1分钟，捞起留用。3、热锅中烧热1汤匙油，爆香蒜蓉，将其他材料连上汤放入，加盖炆大约20分钟至熟，加调味料，即可上碟。
