| 地应力 crustal stress 存在于地壳中的应力。即由于岩石形变而引起的介质内部单位面积上的作用力。它一般包括两部分①由覆盖岩层的重量引起的应力。②由邻近地块或底部传递过来的构造应力 。地球介质所受应力按其作用方式的不同可分为张应力、压应力和剪切应力。如只考虑覆盖岩层的重力，经过长时间的应力作用，介质内部应处于流体静力平衡状态。构造应力常常打破这种平衡，使介质处于受拉伸、受挤压、受扭曲的状态。一般说来，地球内部介质所受应力状态是无法直接测量的。地质勘探部门通常使用应力解除法、应力恢复法或水压致裂法测量地壳浅层的应力，其测量结果在地质工作或工程中应用。在地震学中则利用地震波记录反推震源处的应力状态，能算出主应力的方向和地震发生后地应力减小的幅度。 |
